Everything began in 1968, in Monte San Savino, when the master charcutier Walter Iacomoni<\/strong> and his wife Rosina <\/strong>opened a small shop. From that wood-fired oven drifted the aroma of porchetta<\/strong>, which soon carried their name far beyond the borders of the village. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In the 1990s, his son Alessandro <\/strong>picked up this legacy, combining tradition with an entrepreneurial vision, which led to the international growth of the Salumeria di Monte San Savino, without ever losing the bond with its origins.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

At the foot of the picturesque medieval town of San Gimignano in the Piacenti workshop, we craft, with skilled craftsmanship, authentic Tuscan delicacies: from our renowned roasts, tender and tasty, exported all over the world, to our selection of cured meats that embody excellence and tradition in the name of quality.
