Our turkey roast is for those who love a light flavour but do not want to give up fragrance and softness. Made from a whole turkey breast of italian origin, it is slowly steamed to preserve all the juices of the meat, followed by a final roasting, to obtain a golden and aromatic surface.

Turkey has a clean and delicate flavour, ideal for those who prefer low-fat but high quality cured meats. Excellent in thin slices, in protein salads, sandwiches or balanced platters.
