The Cinta Senese is a native Tuscan pig breed, bred in the wild or semi-wild, whose fresh meat has obtained PDO recognition. Our ham comes exclusively from these fine and certified meats processed without rushing, with a long maturation that enhances every nuance.
The meat, dark and well marbled, has an intense but elegant flavour, with aromatic notes that recall the forest, spontaneous herbs and the past.
