Ours is an all-Italian challenge: we have chosen to work with only meat of national origin to guarantee quality, genuineness and animal welfare. Our cured meats are all produced from animals born, raised and slaughtered in Italy, with particular attention and care towards the native breeds such as the Cinta Senese and the other farms present in the Tuscan territory.
