A tribute to our history, our land and our tradition, whose name is dedicated to the wife of the founder Walter: signora Rosina. Rosina di San Savino is a cured meat created by our company with the aim of giving sensations of pleasure to all palates through slices characterised by a pleasant combination of Tuscan flavour and delicate spiciness.
The national pork legs are processed with care and passion by the master butchers, then they are salted, flavoured with herbs from the Savina hills, flavours are added and finally covered with a layer of black pepper.
