Salametti d'Autore
A gourmet collection of salamis inspired by the desire to amaze the palate with original and appetising flavours. The skilful processing of pork is enhanced by combinations with a variety of flavours inspired by the rural tradition of the Tuscan countryside, thus creating seven proposals: wild boar, Chianina, Chianti Colli Senesi Docg wine, truffle, chilli pepper, wild fennel and with a special rustic taste.
Our Salametti d’Autore, gluten- and allergen-free, weigh approximately 200 grams per piece and are suitable for aperitifs and tastings, are individually sealed and distributed in packs of ten or twenty pieces each.
