Cut the Finocchiona PGI into thin slices. Cut the tomato into slices. Tear the basil into small pieces. Break the Giffoni hazelnuts PGI into several pieces. Place the sliced tomato in the sandwich and season with extra virgin olive oil, basil and salt. Add to the sandwich the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO and the Giffoni hazelnuts PGI reduced to coarse grains and complete with the sliced Finocchiona PGI.
