Italian PDO ham is a quality product, certified, prepared in compliance with our traditions and according to the highest safety standards.
From the choice of the raw material - pigs born, reared and slaughtered in Italy - to the salting, seasoning and marking, each phase guarantees compliance with the Consortium regulations and attention to detail.
More precisely ours is the TUSCAN PROSCIUTTO PDO which is characterised by the production area, Tuscany. The pigs used for production, belonging to the Italian Large White, Italian Landrace and Italian Duroc breeds or from other breeds deemed compatible, must be born, raised and slaughtered in the territories of the Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Marche, Umbria and Lazio regions.
